Battle Zero supplies the WETH side of the first full-range WAR/WETH position. Matching WAR comes from the existing liquidity allocation. The Protocol Safe owns the position NFT. Founder-funded paired liquidity is zero.
THE WAR MACHINE
Before a safe WAR market exists, the 10% WAR-system leg accumulates approved assets in the WAR Liquidity Reserve. Once the controller verifies live executable liquidity, a tier-capped portion can buy WAR. Excess continues to build liquidity.

NO ADMIN ON SWITCH
Anyone can refresh the controller. It probes current QuoterV2 execution against the registered Safe-owned position. A higher tier needs two passing observations at least 24 hours apart. A lower reading applies immediately.
