THE DRAFT
A valid, unique Robinhood Chain wallet can claim a public Commander number today. That wallet qualifies for the WAR Genesis airdrop and pre-public battle access. Email and X are optional and do not determine qualification.
THE 100M GENESIS
Genesis allocates exactly 100,000,000 WAR across valid Draft wallets and active founding Robinhood Chain communities. The Draft cohort receives no more than 10,000,000 WAR, each wallet is capped at 100,000 WAR, and wallets are deduplicated across cohorts.
Known contracts, liquidity pools, treasury wallets, system addresses, dust, sanctions matches, and obvious farming are excluded where detectable. The final block, inputs, exclusions, hashes, methodology, community totals, and reconciliation will be published before distribution.

The full allocation is earned at Genesis. Releases expand only when the permissionless liquidity controller verifies executable WAR liquidity. Unpaid entitlement remains claimable after the distribution is finalized.
